GENERAL

The webshop www.airpaka.com and www.shop.airpaka.com is executed by the company AIRPAKA AB, with VAT registration number SE556925909501.
All products remain the property of AIRPAKA until full payment has been made.
All attempts to deceive will be reported to the Police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). Private Customers domiciled within the EU pay Swedish VAT, whereas Private Customers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT.
If your delivery address is outside the EU, local VAT will be subtracted from your total amount at check-out. Foreign Business Customers within the EU are charged Swedish VAT unless they have stated a correct VAT registration number. Business Customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.

DELIVERY TIME

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME BY COUNTRY

Sweden: 3-5 work Days.
Europe: 3-6 work Days.
USA: 5-9 work Days.
Rest of the world: 5-10 work days.

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY

Sweden

Shipments within Sweden are free of charge  and are fulfilled by POSTNORD.
No return fee is charged.

Europe

Shipments to all countries within Europe are free of charge for orders exceeding 1500 kr. For orders below 1500 kr, we charge 80 SEK. The shipments are fulfilled by PostNord. Local tax and duties will add upon delivery when shipping to countries outside the European Union. If your delivery address is outside the EU, local VAT will be subtracted from your total amount at check-out.
Return fee is 80 kr. In case of an exchange the return fee is 50 kr for orders below 1500 kr and free of charge for orders above 1500 kr.

USA

Shipments to USA: 100 kr
Shipments within USA are free of charge for orders exceeding 1500 kr. For orders below 1500 kr, the shipping fee is 100 kr.
The shipments are fulfilled by PostNord.
Return fee is 100 kr. In case of an exchange the return fee is 100 kr for orders below 1500 kr and free of charge for orders above 1500 kr.

Rest of the world

Please contact us for shipments to other countries than those listed above.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number.

Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived.
Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, local VAT will be subtracted from your total amount at check-out.

PAYMENT

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express or PayPal Payment is encrypted and processed via Stripe. Read more on www.stripe.com. For purchases within Sweden you can also pay with invoice or with Post Förskott (additional 50 sek). The transaction of credit card data is secure and encrypted. AIRPAKA does not store or receive any credit card data.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of exchange we will send you a return waybill free of charge in Sweden. See return and Exchange fees above under Shipment Fees. In case of a return, you will pay for the return shipping, and AIRPAKA will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow ARN´s recommendations and Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes. See more on www.arn.se

RETURN SHIPPING

If you need to return a product, please contact us at info@airpaka.com and we will send you a return waybill if you don’t have the one included in the parcel. The cost for the return as described above will be deducted from the payment refund to you.  Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.

PAYMENT REFUND

In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any additional costs you might have had related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment to your card or PayPal account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.

UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs incurred.

PERSONAL DATA

According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by AIRPAKA. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you. AIRPAKA will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for ANY purpose unless you explicitly agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.You can always ask us to remove any data we have of you.

COOKIES

We use cookies on our site to give you a better shopping experience, and for allowing us to analyze traffic and behavior. You can determine the use and scope of cookies in your computer

FORCE MAJEURE

If AIRPAKA fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then AIRPAKA cannot be held responsible.
